Verantwortlicher im Sinne der DSGVO

Allgemeine Hinweise

Diese Datenschutzerklärung erklärt, welche personenbezogenen Daten wir beim Besuch dieser Website und bei Verwendung des Kontakt- und Buchungsformulars erheben, wie wir sie verwenden und welche Rechte Sie haben.

1. Server-Logs (beim Aufruf der Website)

Unser Hoster (Netlify) speichert technische Daten wie IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs, Browser-Typ und Betriebssystem. Diese Daten werden ausschließlich aus Sicherheitsgründen verarbeitet und nach kurzer Zeit gelöscht.

Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an Sicherheit und Funktionsfähigkeit).

2. Anfrageformulare (Brunch, Übernachtung, Praktikum)

Über unsere drei Formulare erheben wir: Brunch-Anfrage – Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Telefonnummer (optional), gewünschter Termin, Anzahl Erwachsene und Kinder, bevorzugter Platz (Glashaus oder Feld), Slow Dolomites Card (ja/nein), Allergien und besondere Wünsche (optional); Übernachtungs-Anfrage – Name und E-Mail-Adresse (Pflichtangaben), Telefonnummer, Wunschzeitraum, Personenzahl und Nachricht (freiwillig); Praktikums-Anfrage – Name und E-Mail-Adresse (Pflichtangaben), Telefonnummer, Studium bzw. Hintergrund, Wunschzeitraum und Nachricht (freiwillig). Diese Daten verarbeiten wir ausschließlich zur Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage.

Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (vorvertragliche Maßnahmen).
Empfänger: Verena Oberrauch sowie der technische Dienstleister Netlify Inc. (USA), der die Anfrage entgegennimmt und per E-Mail an das Postfach von Verena Oberrauch (iCloud-Mail der Apple Distribution International Ltd., Irland) weiterleitet. Keine Weitergabe an Dritte zu Werbezwecken.
Speicherdauer: Brunch- und Übernachtungsanfragen bis zum Abschluss der Veranstaltung bzw. des Aufenthalts plus 12 Monate für eventuelle Rückfragen; Praktikumsanfragen bis zum Abschluss der Auswahl, höchstens 6 Monate. Steuerlich relevante Daten 10 Jahre gemäß italienischem Steuerrecht.

3. Cookies und lokaler Speicher

Diese Website setzt keine Cookies. Im lokalen Speicher Ihres Browsers merken wir uns lediglich die gewählte Sprache (Eintrag oberhof.lang), damit die Seite beim nächsten Aufruf in Ihrer Sprache erscheint. Dieser Eintrag enthält keine Kennung und wird nicht an uns übertragen. Erst wenn Sie die Karte laden (Punkt 6), kann Google eigene Cookies setzen.

Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO; für den Speichereintrag zur Sprache Art. 122 Abs. 1 D.Lgs. 196/2003 (technisch notwendige Speicherung).

4. Besucherstatistik (PostHog)

Um zu verstehen, wie unsere Website genutzt wird, verwenden wir PostHog (PostHog Inc., USA). Erfasst werden zum Beispiel aufgerufene Seiten, Verweildauer, Klicks, Browser- und Gerätetyp sowie die ungefähre Herkunft (Land bzw. Region, abgeleitet aus der IP-Adresse). PostHog ist so eingestellt, dass es nichts in Ihrem Browser speichert – keine Cookies, keine Kennung im lokalen Speicher. Wiederholte Besuche werden daher nicht als dieselbe Person erkannt. Zusätzlich zeichnet PostHog den Ablauf einzelner Besuche auf (Sitzungsaufzeichnung): Mausbewegungen, Klicks, Scrollen, Seitenwechsel und technische Fehlermeldungen des Browsers. So finden wir Stellen, an denen die Seite nicht funktioniert. Eingaben in Formularfelder werden dabei nicht aufgezeichnet, sondern unkenntlich gemacht. Die Aufzeichnungen werden nach 30 Tagen automatisch gelöscht. IP-Adressen speichert PostHog nicht. Wir werten die Daten nur statistisch aus und legen keine Personenprofile an. Die Daten werden auf Servern von PostHog in der EU verarbeitet.

Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an einer statistischen Auswertung).
Widerspruch: Sie können der Auswertung jederzeit formlos per E-Mail widersprechen.

5. Schriftarten (Google Fonts)

Für eine einheitliche Darstellung lädt diese Website Schriftarten von Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland). Dabei übermittelt Ihr Browser Ihre IP-Adresse an Server von Google; eine Übermittlung an Google LLC in den USA ist nicht auszuschließen.

Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an einer einheitlichen, gut lesbaren Darstellung).

6. Karte (Google Maps)

Im Kontaktbereich können Sie eine Karte von Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland) einblenden. Die Karte wird erst geladen, wenn Sie auf „Karte laden" klicken. Vorher wird keine Verbindung zu Google aufgebaut. Nach dem Klick übermittelt Ihr Browser Ihre IP-Adresse an Google; Google kann dabei Cookies setzen und Daten auch an Google LLC in den USA übertragen.

Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO (Ihre Einwilligung durch den Klick).
Widerruf: Laden Sie die Seite neu – die Karte wird dann nicht mehr angezeigt, bis Sie erneut klicken. Den Link „Karte vergrößern" können Sie auch ohne Einbindung nutzen; er öffnet Google Maps in einem neuen Fenster.

7. Animationen (GSAP über cdnjs)

Für die Animationen der Startseite lädt die Website die Programmbibliothek GSAP vom Dienst cdnjs, betrieben von Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Dabei übermittelt Ihr Browser Ihre IP-Adresse an Cloudflare. Es werden keine Cookies gesetzt.

Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an einer schnellen, zuverlässigen Auslieferung).

Datenübermittlung in die USA

Unser Hoster Netlify Inc., Google LLC (Schriftarten; Karte nur nach Klick) und Cloudflare, Inc. (cdnjs) mit Sitz in den USA verarbeiten technische Daten. Alle drei sind nach dem EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert. PostHog verarbeitet die Statistikdaten auf Servern in der EU.

Ihre Rechte

Sie haben das Recht auf:

• Auskunft über die zu Ihrer Person gespeicherten Daten (Art. 15 DSGVO)

1. Log del server (visita del sito)

Il nostro hosting provider (Netlify) memorizza dati tecnici come indirizzo IP, data e ora dell'accesso, tipo di browser e sistema operativo. Tali dati vengono trattati esclusivamente per motivi di sicurezza e cancellati dopo breve tempo.

Base giuridica: art. 6, par. 1, lett. f) GDPR (legittimo interesse alla sicurezza e funzionalità).

2. Moduli di richiesta (brunch, pernottamento, tirocinio)

Tramite i nostri tre moduli raccogliamo: richiesta brunch – nome, indirizzo e-mail, numero di telefono (facoltativo), data desiderata, numero di adulti e bambini, posto preferito (serra o campo), Slow Dolomites Card (sì/no), allergie e richieste particolari (facoltative); richiesta di pernottamento – nome e indirizzo e-mail (obbligatori), numero di telefono, periodo desiderato, numero di persone e messaggio (facoltativi); richiesta di tirocinio – nome e indirizzo e-mail (obbligatori), numero di telefono, studi o formazione, periodo desiderato e messaggio (facoltativi). Trattiamo questi dati esclusivamente per gestire la Sua richiesta.

Base giuridica: art. 6, par. 1, lett. b) GDPR (misure precontrattuali).
Destinatari: Verena Oberrauch e il fornitore tecnico Netlify Inc. (USA), che riceve la richiesta e la inoltra via e-mail alla casella di Verena Oberrauch (iCloud Mail di Apple Distribution International Ltd., Irlanda). Nessuna comunicazione a terzi per finalità di marketing.
Periodo di conservazione: richieste di brunch e pernottamento fino alla conclusione dell'evento o del soggiorno più 12 mesi per eventuali richieste successive; richieste di tirocinio fino al termine della selezione, al massimo 6 mesi. Dati fiscalmente rilevanti per 10 anni secondo la normativa fiscale italiana.

3. Cookie e memoria locale

Questo sito non imposta cookie. Nella memoria locale del Suo browser salviamo soltanto la lingua scelta (voce oberhof.lang), affinché alla visita successiva il sito compaia nella Sua lingua. Questa voce non contiene alcun identificativo e non ci viene trasmessa. Solo se carica la mappa (punto 6) Google può impostare propri cookie.

4. Statistiche di utilizzo (PostHog)

Per capire come viene utilizzato il sito usiamo PostHog (PostHog Inc., USA). Vengono rilevati ad esempio le pagine visitate, la durata della visita, i clic, il tipo di browser e di dispositivo e la provenienza approssimativa (paese o regione, ricavati dall'indirizzo IP). PostHog è configurato in modo da non memorizzare nulla nel Suo browser – nessun cookie, nessun identificativo nella memoria locale. Le visite ripetute non vengono quindi riconosciute come della stessa persona. Inoltre PostHog registra lo svolgimento delle singole visite (registrazione della sessione): movimenti del mouse, clic, scorrimento, cambi di pagina e messaggi di errore tecnici del browser. Così individuiamo i punti in cui il sito non funziona. I dati inseriti nei campi dei moduli non vengono registrati, ma resi illeggibili. Le registrazioni vengono cancellate automaticamente dopo 30 giorni. PostHog non memorizza gli indirizzi IP. Valutiamo i dati solo a fini statistici e non creiamo profili personali. I dati sono trattati su server di PostHog nell'UE.

Opposizione: può opporsi in qualsiasi momento con una semplice e-mail.

5. Caratteri tipografici (Google Fonts)

Per una visualizzazione uniforme il sito carica caratteri da Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irlanda). Il Suo browser trasmette in tal caso il Suo indirizzo IP ai server di Google; non si può escludere un trasferimento a Google LLC negli Stati Uniti.

6. Mappa (Google Maps)

Nella sezione contatti può visualizzare una mappa di Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irlanda). La mappa viene caricata solo quando clicca su «Carica la mappa». Prima non viene stabilito alcun collegamento con Google. Dopo il clic il Suo browser trasmette il Suo indirizzo IP a Google; Google può impostare cookie e trasferire dati anche a Google LLC negli Stati Uniti.

Base giuridica: art. 6, par. 1, lett. a) GDPR (Suo consenso tramite il clic).
Revoca: ricarichi la pagina – la mappa non sarà più visualizzata finché non clicca di nuovo. Il link «Ingrandisci la mappa» funziona anche senza incorporamento e apre Google Maps in una nuova finestra.

7. Animazioni (GSAP tramite cdnjs)

Per le animazioni della pagina iniziale il sito carica la libreria GSAP dal servizio cdnjs, gestito da Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). In tal caso il Suo browser trasmette il Suo indirizzo IP a Cloudflare. Non vengono impostati cookie.

Trasferimento dei dati negli Stati Uniti

Il nostro hosting provider Netlify Inc., Google LLC (caratteri tipografici; mappa solo dopo il clic) e Cloudflare, Inc. (cdnjs), con sede negli Stati Uniti, trattano dati tecnici. Tutte e tre sono certificate secondo l'EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. PostHog tratta i dati statistici su server nell'UE.

Data Controller (GDPR)

General Information

This policy explains which personal data we collect when you visit this website and use the contact and booking form, how we use it, and which rights you have.

1. Server Logs (when visiting the site)

Our hosting provider (Netlify) stores technical data such as IP address, date and time of access, browser type and operating system. This data is processed solely for security purposes and deleted after a short time.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in security and functionality).

2. Enquiry Forms (Brunch, Overnight Stay, Internship)

Through our three forms we collect: brunch enquiry – name, email address, phone number (optional), requested date, number of adults and children, preferred seating (glasshouse or field), Slow Dolomites Card (yes/no), allergies and special requests (optional); overnight stay enquiry – name and email address (required), phone number, preferred dates, number of guests and message (optional); internship enquiry – name and email address (required), phone number, studies or background, preferred dates and message (optional). We use this data exclusively to process your request.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
Recipients: Verena Oberrauch and the technical service provider Netlify Inc. (USA), which receives the request and forwards it by email to Verena Oberrauch's mailbox (iCloud Mail, Apple Distribution International Ltd., Ireland). No transfer to third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention period: brunch and overnight stay enquiries until the event or stay has concluded plus 12 months for follow-up; internship enquiries until the selection is completed, at most 6 months. Tax-relevant data is kept for 10 years in accordance with Italian tax law.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

This website does not set any cookies. In your browser's local storage we only remember the language you chose (entry oberhof.lang), so the site appears in your language on your next visit. This entry contains no identifier and is never sent to us. Only if you load the map (section 6) may Google set its own cookies.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; for the language entry Art. 122(1) of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (technically necessary storage).

4. Visitor Statistics (PostHog)

To understand how our website is used, we use PostHog (PostHog Inc., USA). This records, for example, pages visited, time on page, clicks, browser and device type and approximate origin (country or region, derived from the IP address). PostHog is configured to store nothing in your browser – no cookies, no identifier in local storage. Repeat visits are therefore not recognised as the same person. In addition, PostHog records the course of individual visits (session recording): mouse movements, clicks, scrolling, page changes and technical browser error messages. This helps us find places where the site does not work. Input in form fields is not recorded but masked. Recordings are deleted automatically after 30 days. PostHog does not store IP addresses. We evaluate the data for statistical purposes only and do not create personal profiles. The data is processed on PostHog servers in the EU.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in statistical analysis).
Objection: you can object at any time by sending an informal email.

5. Fonts (Google Fonts)

For consistent display, this website loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). In doing so, your browser transmits your IP address to Google servers; a transfer to Google LLC in the USA cannot be ruled out.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a consistent, legible presentation).

6. Map (Google Maps)

In the contact section you can display a map from Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The map is only loaded when you click "Load map". Before that, no connection to Google is made. After the click your browser transmits your IP address to Google; Google may set cookies and also transfer data to Google LLC in the USA.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent by clicking).
Withdrawal: reload the page – the map is then no longer shown until you click again. The "Open larger map" link works without embedding and opens Google Maps in a new window.

7. Animations (GSAP via cdnjs)

For the animations on the home page the website loads the GSAP library from the cdnjs service, operated by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). In doing so, your browser transmits your IP address to Cloudflare. No cookies are set.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in fast, reliable delivery).

Data Transfer to the USA

Our hosting provider Netlify Inc., Google LLC (fonts; map only after clicking) and Cloudflare, Inc. (cdnjs), all based in the USA, process technical data. All three are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. PostHog processes the statistics data on servers in the EU.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
• have inaccurate data rectified (Art. 16 GDPR)
• have your data erased (Art. 17 GDPR)
• restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
• data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
• object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
