Diese Datenschutzerklärung erklärt, welche personenbezogenen Daten wir beim Besuch dieser Website und bei Verwendung des Kontakt- und Buchungsformulars erheben, wie wir sie verwenden und welche Rechte Sie haben.

1. Server-Logs (beim Aufruf der Website)

Unser Hoster (Netlify) speichert technische Daten wie IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs, Browser-Typ und Betriebssystem. Diese Daten werden ausschließlich aus Sicherheitsgründen verarbeitet und nach kurzer Zeit gelöscht.

Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an Sicherheit und Funktionsfähigkeit).

2. Buchungs- und Kontaktformular

Wir erheben: Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Telefonnummer (optional), Anzahl Personen, gewünschten Termin, Allergien und Sonderwünsche (optional). Diese Daten verarbeiten wir ausschließlich zur Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage und Vorbereitung der Veranstaltung.

Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (vorvertragliche Maßnahmen).
Empfänger: Verena Oberrauch sowie der technische Dienstleister Netlify Inc. (USA) für die Übermittlung der Anfrage. Keine Weitergabe an Dritte zu Werbezwecken.
Speicherdauer: bis zum Abschluss der Veranstaltung plus 12 Monate für eventuelle Rückfragen. Steuerlich relevante Daten 10 Jahre gemäß italienischem Steuerrecht.

3. Cookies

Wir verwenden keine Tracking-Cookies. Unser Hoster Netlify kann technische Session-Cookies setzen, die zur Funktionsfähigkeit der Seite erforderlich sind.

Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Datenübermittlung in die USA

Unser Hoster Netlify Inc. mit Sitz in den USA verarbeitet technische Daten. Netlify ist nach dem EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert.

Base giuridica: art. 6, par. 1, lett. b) GDPR (misure precontrattuali).
Destinatari: Verena Oberrauch e il fornitore tecnico Netlify Inc. (USA) per la trasmissione della richiesta. Nessuna comunicazione a terzi per finalità di marketing.
Periodo di conservazione: fino alla conclusione dell'evento più 12 mesi per eventuali richieste successive. Dati fiscalmente rilevanti per 10 anni secondo la normativa fiscale italiana.

Non utilizziamo cookie di tracciamento. Il nostro hosting Netlify può impostare cookie tecnici di sessione necessari al funzionamento del sito.

Recipients: Verena Oberrauch and the technical service provider Netlify Inc. (USA) for transmitting the request. No transfer to third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention period: until the event has concluded plus 12 months for follow-up. Tax-relevant data is kept for 10 years in accordance with Italian tax law.

3. Cookies

We do not use any tracking cookies. Our host Netlify may set technical session cookies required for the site to function.
